For Elizabeth Gopwani, a sign of true leadership is the ability to accept and learn from one’s mistakes. Her life experiences have served her well. This former salon owner has managed, trained and coached aspiring cosmetologist - helping them develop the skill set and experience they need to succeed.

“The formula for ones professional and personal achievements and accolades cannot transpire without facing life’s hurdles and making wrong judgments,” Gopwani says.
“It’s how we persevere from life’s challenging obstacles and learning from our inevitable mistakes that truly define who we are.”

She’s worked with prominent photographer Jimmy Cohrseen on a piece for Condé Nast Traveler Magazine and has had her worked featured in L.A. Fashion Weekly Magazine, DIY Weddings, Sugarkiss Magazine, and Design Aglow “A posing guide for brides” Cover page of Vegas Rocks magazine with Vince Neal of Motley crue.

Gopwani was first introduced to Sexy Hair at a product knowledge class where she learned about the company’s award-winning academy Institute of Courage. Consequently, she took a three-day course at the Institute and was impressed with the academy’s approach.

“The fundamental system we learn focused not only on ones professional and financial goals,” says Gopwani.

“But more importantly on interpersonal life goals with respect to one’s self worth, empathy to others and a continuous effort to living in the moment.”
